Pre-Sales & Sales Admin Coordinator
To act as the bridge between incoming leads and sales execution, ensuring timely lead capture, first response to the lead and allocation to sales team for site-visits, and follow-up until closure, while also maintaining accurate documentation, booking records, and sales MIS. The role combines customer-facing discipline (pre-sales/IVR) with backend support (sales administration) to ensure the Sales function is both responsive and compliant.

Manage financial accounting, accounts finalization, and financial reporting for the company. Oversee financial operations, including cash flow statement preparation and balance sheet management. Ensure accurate journal entries, trial balance maintenance, and general accounting tasks are completed efficiently. Prepare monthly end reports and cash budgets to ensure effective financial planning. Perform financial reconciliations as needed to maintain accuracy.

Architectural Draughtsman
Role & responsibilities: 1. Responsible for planning, development of layouts, working drawings, preparation of layouts for getting necessary permissions, supervising daily activities at construction sites, coordination with liaison Consultants/ government bodies, whenever required, etc. 2. Preparing Set of complete drawings, work designs and layouts. File and maintain a proper record of these. 3. Preparing all supporting / typical drawings for the reference of Project Managers at site to maintain the structure technically sound. 4. Analyzing quantities and assisting in preparing BOQ for the items as required for Tendering, issuing quotations/Job orders. 5. Periodical Reports regarding projects under progress any other report as and when required by MD. 6. Responsible for Coordination and provide relevant Documents to CRM, Projects, Sales team for Smooth and timely Operations.
